The drivers are courteous and enthusiastic, either at the very beginning of the day or evening. Car waiting when I returned after midnight on 1017.
The van was at door number for right after I got my bag.
Couple of feedback comments I hope you’ll think are positive in spirit: 1) new walkie-talkies for the Hartford Bradley vans as it took many times to get one Customer’s phone number successfully across to the office. Since it was midnight at that point, all of us on the van would’ve loved having it only take one phone call. Of course, with the passengers should always have our tickets ready! 2) consider turning on the heat at this point for returning travelers, but not a big deal it was great to have the engine lights on.
How well organized the operation is. How prompt the shuttles are friendly helpful drivers. A well run organization!
