I like the fact that there are people available to assist you when you enter and exit the parking lot. I appreciate that the price is the same when you leave there’s no extra charges added. I also appreciate the quick pick up from the lot and the arrival of the shuttle when leaving the airport. It’s also nice that you offer rewards for loyal customers. I will definitely be parking here again.

Every time I have used Park and Fly there is very little wait time to be picked up by the shuttle van at lot as well upon return at airport. Shuttles clean. The drivers are amazing! Very friendly and helpful…..great customer service!!

I lost my key fob while traveling. The driver double checked on me and then took me to the office to wait for a ride. The next day the man at the checkout booth was so helpful in retrieving my reservation which would not come up on my phone.

It was easy to find parking with the signs that tell you where you can find parking. There are plenty of shuttles so you aren’t waiting and there are already at arrivals when you land.
