Convenient to the airport, ability to self-park under cover, transport to airport

We had to wait 15 minutes at the airport before a bus showed up and then we had to wait for the second bus. Also, for the first time, the driver did not pull up to our car (12:30 AM) and we had to walk several cars to get to ours. The quality of your service is one of the main reasons we use your lot and the last two times we had these same issues so I hope this is not a negative trend.

Service is always quick and organized. We never wait long. I like that we’re always picked up and dropped off right at our vehicle and our luggage is loaded for us! The bus drivers are very personable, especially George!

I've never had an issue with Park N Fly. The service to and from the airport is seamless. This last time, I was walking to the area to be picked up and they van was just arriving - I hadn't even called for a pick up yet! Couldn't ask for better service than that.

Registration is quick and easy. Attendants and drivers are professional, personable, and very helpful. They know what they are doing and helpful to their customers.

The shuttles are timely and the most of the drivers are very good. I think Monday (10-16) around noon the driver I think his name was George who was a a short guy with glasses seemed very impatient and zipped around the neighborhood to avoid a red light at 47th and Cicero.
It took longer to go through the side streets tan had we waited to make the right turn onto 47th street.
We have been using your service for well over 10 years and we love it.
