I had left the back windows partially open by mistake. Simply a mistake on my part. Well it rained and rained while I was away. I came back to my car to find that someone, I assume your staff, had used tape and plastic to seal the windows so that rain would not go into the car. Nice to see that. Job well done. I do not fly often but when I do, I will use your lot again.

The customer service at Midway's Park N Fly is outstanding. From the person who greeted me when I pulled in to the both drivers who took me to and from the airport, everyone was kind, courteous and friendly.

The location was conveniently located and easy to find. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful! This was our first time using Park 'N Fly, and we will definitely use it again!

The best in service! To note: Carrol is an absolute gem. She was super happy and friendly - and even offered us water on our exit. Somehow she managed, in just two minutes time, make our day a little shinier.

What a great experience-we dropped our car off and were immediately taken to the airport to our departure airline. The driver was very helpful and all the staff was extremely professional. When we returned from our trip, we had a text with clear instructions as soon as our flight touched down and our van was at the airport within minutes. Our car was ready for us when we arrived ant the parking facility. Everyone we met at this company was courteous and their process of getting clients in and out in a timely manner is exceptionally well-organized. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
