I like getting picked up at my car, luggage assistance going on the shuttle and off and frequency of shuttles when waiting to get picked up.

This was such an easy process to use, especially with the app. I was able to make the reservation and pay, which was easy. Then upon arriving, all I had to do was scan in and park. I was picked up right away and taken to the airport. The shuttle was always moving so on my return flight I was picked up in a few minutes and then back at my car. The drivers were also super friendly and helpful. I will be using them again next month when I travel again.

Price is fair. Close to airport. Shuttles are pretty quick. Only thing I'd change is how quickly the drivers whip through the parking garage!

Best park and fly (whether your company or multiple others) experience ever! Thank you for friendly service, a pick up right at my parked car, and short ride to Oakland Airport. When arriving home, someone was ready for our large group the moment we arrived. Dropped us at the car. I didn't have my app at the exit gate to show my QR code, and the friendly gentleman said, "No worries, what's your phone number...I can find it that way!) The whole team was on their "A-Game." I drove off with my wife and said, "This was the best experience parking at or near an airport that I've ever had." Thanks again! :) JEFF K

Convenience and quick pick up

We enjoy Park and Fly. Everyone is so cordial and helpful. When we arrived the parking lot was just about full. The bus driver saw us looking for a space and came to us and had us follow him to an open spot. We came in late at night and the bus was right there waiting for us. Would recommend your facility to everyone.
