The drivers were helpful with luggage, the reservation process was fast, it was fast to get a parking spot, and get picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.

It was quick and easy to park and fly. However, I thought I was getting a free car wash when I returned after 6 days. The woman informed me it’s not free and they’re not here this late. I was not pleased about that. Otherwise all was good.

Parking is reasonable and easy to access. You don’t have to wait a long time for a shuttle to either take you to the airport or pick you up once you’ve returned. All the drivers I have encountered have been extremely helpful and pleasant. And we love the free car wash!

We always get good service at Park 'N Fly but this last week, when I returned from an extended trip, I needed a jump start. I talked with one of the van drivers and within a few minutes, he brought a jump starter, and I was on the road home.

I really appreciate the service we get from Park 'N Fly.
