Convenient, quick drop off & pickup
Disappointed this last trip because a valet car was parked in the drive aisle directly in front of my vehicle which caused a 10 minute delay before moved.

I was greeted right away when pulling into the lot. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Kelly in the office was particularly helpful with my arrangements to have a trucking company pick up the car. The facility is always very clean and I like that I can grab a bottle of water when I get there. I have high confidence when leaving my car with you,
Very close to airport. Frequency of shuttles. Don't have to wait long. Do need signs pointing to exit. We had trouble finding it.
Our shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. He loaded/unloaded our bags for us as well. The check in/our process was a breeze. I will definitely use Park n Fly Plus again next time I fly out of Atlanta.

Easy to use the app, I like the shuttle icon that shows in the app while it’s ‘working’ to update info, well lit and safe lot, friendly drivers, speed of pick up and drop off.

The curb attendants at the pickup location line people up in incorrect shuttle lines i.e. Park and Fly Plus+ or even another vendor (peachy)and those that are standing in the correct line next to the sign that has "Park and Fly" only/matches their ticket of where their vehicle is are confused as to why others board before them when they are not in the line they are supposed to be in based on signage. The pickup process need to be vey clear and people should only line up in the proper line/next to the sign that matches the ticket/the parking lot where their vehicle is
