The bus to pick us up came so fast. When we returned to our vehicle to leave after our trip we were loading up and another bus came even though we weren’t needing it. The quickness of the buses and how fast they arrive to pick up a customer to shuttle them to the airport is great!

I won't use Uber or Limo service again.

I inadvertently left my window open and to my pleasant surprise the staff covered it with plastic and painters paint.

Staff is friendly and also the shuttle drivers are fast and prompt. Shuttle driver very helpful and also returned to car when forgot something. Enjoyed the free car wash also. Thank you park n fly.

Terrell was amazing! He picked us up at terminal 2 in a timely manner, we were traveling with tons of luggage, a stroller, and our young child and Terrell was so helpful getting us on and off the shuttle. His demeanor was so kind and upbeat, it was a great experience after a long travel day. Tina was also great on the way out or the facility, welcomed us home and had a lively smile and offered us water. These 2 are incredible at their jobs and I hope to interact with them again in the future using pnf at MSP
