Comping down from Massachusetts, the location is convenient. This is the first time I’ve used the phone app. I really like the “Come Get Me” feature rather than having to use the phones near baggage claims.

I enjoy the covered parking and the valet service. The pick up from the airport after flights is sometimes tedious--there were almost 100 people in line this past Sunday night. But I think a lot of that is the airport's doing with changing things while construction is happening. Anything that could expedite that pick up would be great.
