There was no shuttle when I came outside. I had a short wait and boarded. Because I was the only one waiting, I was preparing to sit and wait for other passengers. Luckily the driver drove off and took me to my car. He offered to place my luggage in the as well. I haven't had that assistance in years.
It is very easy to reserve a parking spot online. PnF offers certain discounts. The shuttle is available to pick up passengers within minutes of arrival. Same is true when returning back to Cleveland.
Always timely and friendly. I was able to get a quick jump for my car after leaving an interior light on during my trip. The staff was great. They were super helpful, kind, and funny.
Convenient service to the airport. Shuttle drivers have always been courteous. One of the only negatives is sometimes the shuttles are a longer wait time from the airport even if I texted.
