There is now little need to go inside and one goes in most cases directly
from the car to the bus. It is helpful that the drivers assist with baggage
and when possible bring it to the car trunk. All drivers have been courteous.

The service was superb from beginning to end. When approaching the gate the attendant promptly assisted us and directed us to available parking spots. Once parked, the bus arrived behind our car within a few minutes to take us to the airport. The trip to the airport was quick and efficient. I will use park and fly for all future travels.
Convenient and friendly drivers and staff
It was quick and easy. The only thing I didn’t care for was that I took an earlier flight and doesn’t appear to have credited me anything checking out of the parking earlier than I had paid for. It was not understood exactly how that works and the attendant checking me out Did not advise me of any possible credit applied to my account

I was greeted by the manager and he assisted me with the arrival process. I got his name but now I forget. I arrived on 03 Oct around 10:00am. His team there was great also!
The outbound driver was great, very upbeat and positive. The return driver not so great. He was not very communicative.
