Super easy to use. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Had I of parked onsite at the airport, I probably would’ve been lost for a solid hour (has happened before). Using this service, I was to my shuttle and back to my car in under 15 minutes. It was the most stress-free transition I have ever had at the ATL airport.

Bus service is always timely. Wait times are almost always less than a minute. Drivers almost always offer to assist with baggage on and off the bus.

Easy to follow your process
It's getting very difficult to find parking at the airport. This was my first-time using Park 'N Fly service. In addition to the cost savings, it was also helpful to complete the reservation and payment in advance. The shuttle was present for pick up before I exited my car and as soon as I exited the airport. The drivers were very friendly.
