The employees are very prompt and friendly. Once I arrived they immediately put us on the shuttle and took us to the airport. When we returned home all I had to do was text them I was there and at what door I was located at. They responsed quickly, when the driver arrived he took my bag and drove us to thier parking location where my car was ready. Once we arrived he took my bag to the car. I was very impressed how smoothly the miami based operation ran.
