It’s easy to book online, convenient to the airport and for rides back, lot is secure and most of the time drivers are very friendly, safe, courteous and helpful. Our last driver on our return from the airport to our car wasn’t very safe. Kevin drove crazy fast, whipping through the airport, parking lots, around traffic. If he picked me up again, I would just wait for the next driver, I didn’t like how he drove and didn’t feel safe. Anyone else in the parking lot wasn’t safe either as he sped around.

After a rough couple of years transition period with the Park ‘ N Fly buyout of Executive Valet, I can honestly say I’m glad I stuck it out as a customer. The newer staff has been consistently helpful and friendly. The drop off and pick up system for us valet customers has been much improved from the “old days”. I like having my car backed in to a canopy covered parking spot as I’m usually returning to BDL on a late night flight. I’m tired and if the weather is inclement it’s nice to drive out quickly.
My latest return was Nov 20th after being put up in a flea bag hotel in MN by Delta after my Nov 19th flight cancelled due to mechanical issues. Driver Rinh kept us pick up passengers smiling with his funny commentary.
