The texted link to the on line QR code / scanning app was very, very helpful. No more fumbling with paperwork. Very, very fast entry/exit. Staff were very helpful, and the shuttle was waiting when I arrived.

Hello. I like using Park "N Fly when I travel...and I especially like using the Self-Park option. But, I am wondering why you have made it so difficult to use Self-Park and are pushing people to use Valet. The last 2 times I have come to park there the Self-Park lane is blocked with parked cars and the attendants try to get me to use Valet. Valet-Park slows you down both coming in and going out. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you can streamline Self-Park like it used to be. Also, the signage directing you to the exit lanes is not clear. And when you get to the actual exit going onto Produce Avenue, there should be a sign saying "2-Way Traffic", and perhaps a directional sign saying San Francisco LEFT / San Jose RIGHT.
There are my thoughts...hope they can be implemented.

I’ve used this service several times and I’ve been impressed every single time. The staff is super helpful and professional. It makes my trips much more enjoyable knowing that I don’t have to fight traffic at the airport to get to parking. Absolutely love this service! Worth every cent spent!
