I enjoyed the service provided by Park 'n Fly Plus, but admit that I was confused. I made a reservation through Park 'n Fly Corporate using Costco coupons to park at Park 'n Fly. However, when I went to scan my QR code at the gate, it would not allow me to enter. Once the attendant at Park 'n Fly saw that I was having difficulty, she came out to assist. We finally realized that in fine print at the very bottom of the reservation itself, that the lot was for Park 'n Fly Plus! I don't know why or how that happened. I have utilized Costco coupons and made my reservations through the corporate office for years now and NEVER was directed to Park 'n Fly Plus.

Again, the service was great--the drivers were prompt and courteous. I just am baffled as to how I wound up at your lot.

I love the easy access to the facility I also loved the fact that I was quickly taken to the airport and everything was automated so it was very cool!!

They are always on time. The bus is there as soon as I park by car and they are usually waiting at the airport when I get back.

Prompt, courteous, reliable. When I exited the North Terminal, the shuttle was waiting right there to pick me up. A quick transfer to the Camp Creek Parkway, and my car was waiting with the trunk opened for my luggage. A 5-Star experience.

Convient & efficient. We pulled into the parking lot and the driver was there to load our luggage and we were off to the airport. On our return, I text for pickup and when we arrived as the pick up spot, again our driver was there to load our luggage and off we went back to the lot. Friendly & fast service.

It’s unfair to continue to add a surcharge for gasoline. Gas now is the lowest in sometime and for you to continue to charge this is robbery of your clients. If you continue I will be forced to look into other parking venues.
