The overall service was great except for a barcode I received on my phone that could not scan to let me out of the parking lot. I had to drive downstairs to the Cashier who informed me that there could be a possibility that there was a cliche in the system.

I like they offer uncovered & covered parking for all types of vehicles along with complimentary car wash. I also like that I've always been able to reserve a parking space according to my needs.

Easy on line reservation, easy and quick arrival and check out. Prompt pickup on arrival and return flight. Excellent friendly driver, super helpful. Even put my bag into back of Suburban!

Proximity to Hopkins is nice. The scanner didn’t work well with my iPhone so I had to back up and hand it to the attendant.

I arrived on Thanksgiving morning, unsure of where to park and tired. The woman at the gate was amazing, patient and kind. She was also the same attendant on the day I left on Sunday. She was amazing. Both bus, drivers, Thanksgiving, and Sunday, 11/26 were very professional, polite, and kind. I will use your services whenever available when I travel.
