There needs to be more organization at the IAH pick up locations. It was a busy holiday travel time and when a van pulls up there is a mass of an unorganized crowd trying to pile on the van. Other companies have a roped off area which has people in a line.

They were on time, very nice, helpful. Your place is close to airport. Very nice experience. I left a small bag in my car. When we got to airport I told driver and he immediately took me back to pick it up. No questions. Had nice talk with him going over and returning.
