We used your valet service (my wife is handicapped). The service worked well. Everyone was happy and eager to help. However, the folk at the lot didn't seem to know we were coming. They made it work and got us where we needed to be.
The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Getting through by phone was sometimes a problem. Got no answer a couple times and just got kicked out of the phone system once.

The price is great and the service is even better. I love that my car is parked in a safe facility and I am delivered to the curbside check in. I do not have to roam around in a parking lot after dark.
