I had problems checking in to the parking ramp (my fault), and then had to drive to the roof to park because everything else was full. That was fine, but I lost my parking site number while traveling. I did not know exactly where I was parked.
The driver was extremely kind and patient, and found my car after searching for about 10 minutes. I only had $1 cash for a tip. He was gracious and much appreciated.
My trip ended about 6:30 PM, November 26th.

It was easy to make the online reservation. After we parked the car, the shuttle was there. The driver took our bags. The ride to the airport went smoothly. We appreciated our driver being there as there apparently was a shortage of shuttle drivers that morning. The shuttle bus was boarded at the entrance rather than at the car row.

Good service, but you need more vans or a bigger van. The first van that came by didn’t have room for us and it was freezing waiting outside.
