Fast pick up for the shuttle

This most recent trip was prefect....I used the app to set up reservation, got the rate I wanted. When I dropped off car, shuttle was right there to take me to terminal....
When I returned, an reached the pick up point, I looked up to find the shuttle about to park......the drivers each time drove at a comfortable and safe rate of speed......all was perfect.......great job.....!!!!!!

I enjoyed how friendly the check out people were. The people doing the pickup were very nice and considerate of those who had been waiting longer at the airport than the ones who just got off the plan were quick to get on the bus.

QUICK, CONVENIENT

We like the covered parking. We weren't able to scan our prepaid QR Code when we got there, so we got a new slip. When we checked out we were able to scan our 1st QR Code and didn't have to pay anything. Otherwise the shuttle buses were great and we didn't have to wait long at the airport for pickup.

Your response time was very fast and efficient. For those who have not traveled in some time, you should notify the riders that the pick up location is the same as at the drop off location. I went to where we used to be picked up and waited only to find out you no longer picked folks up at that location.

Always easy to access and park. Check in and check out online is appreciated and using the Costco coupons to pay was a breeze.

I liked every part of the experience. Easy location, very friendly people, quick access to the airport, and safe harbor for my car. I was particularly happy with how coordinated everything was. A shuttle was waiting when I got to the lot, and I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle when I got back from my trip. And they helped me with my luggage in and out of the car and shuttle. Great experience, and I will definitely use Park 'n Fly again.
