As soon as I was parked and got out of my vehicle, the shuttle bus was there, loaded my luggage and headed to the airport and dropped off at my gate. Coming back, they take you right to your vehicle.

Have been using this service for several years. Our experience has always been great. From the time we pull into the lot and are greeted at the gate, to the shuttle picking us up from our parking spot in a timely fashion, to the pickup at the airport and drive back to parking facility we have had great service and also friendly people interacting with us.

Easy to use app, reservations. Loved having a person at the check in to help you if you have a problem with scanning. I use the covered and always feel like the service is excellent.

I have used PArkNFly MANY times in the past.

On my recent visit, we did have to wait about 15-20 minutes before a shuttle came to take us TO the airport. That was unusual.
ALSO - the parking place across the street advertised a daily price $2-3 less per day.

All said - overall, I have been happy with the service.

From start to finish the process was easy. I used the app to book, text message to get picked up and the response was phenomenal and detailed.
