Park 'N Fly services at the Miami airport was very good. Professional staff, easy to follow website instructions. Handy email and text updates made the process of parking, transit to the airport and back to retrieve my car were great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the we'll organized service Park 'N Fly provides.

The parking lot is well lit and feels very safe. Shuttles run frequently to and from the airport. The drivers are helpful with loading your bags, polite and friendly. The daily cost is reasonable.

Finding a spot on arrival was easy. I was quickly picked up at my car. The bus picked up a couple more individuals and we were quickly on our way to the terminal. We were dropped off at a very convenient entrance. On my return I didn’t even have to wait for the bus. It was at the pickup location when I arrived. We were on our way quickly and I was dropped off at my car.

Service from pickup to drop off is excellent. Never had issues until this last trip. Had a problem getting out of the parking. Something was wrong with my itinerary and it wanted to charge me $20 for what it said late by 30 minutes. This was not right. I had gotten back in my time window. I also paid for covered parking and said that I should have been in uncovered. Not sure what went wrong but the nice attendant fixed it and sent me on my way.

Both drivers we had were very helpful and friendly. Service was efficient and made our travel plans easier.
