Park N Fly is conveniently located to SFO Airport, the shuttle service is always fast and reliable. The staff is always pleasant and efficient, and we love the valet service!

We had pre-booked covered parking. On the day of our flight, the ramp was full so they gave us a free upgrade to Valet service. It was warmed up and ready to go as soon as we stepped off the shuttle when we returned. Wonderful!

Everything was absolutely great except for the process to get out of the parking lot. There are too many steps to get the gate to lift. It should be just one scan and out.

I love the promptness of the shuttles. I have never encountered a long wait for my ride to or from the airport. The cost is high with all of the add in fees and taxes though. The bottom line price is what should appear once the customer has made their time selection for full transparency. Advertising a reasonable price then adding another fifteen dollars or so on top of it for fees and taxes is very disturbing.

Friendly service. Only problem was one of the ez exits wasn't working properly. Scanned QR code and was accepted but the arm never raised and then computer screen went dark. Had to move to the cashier lane.
