This is to shoutout the lovely Ms Pat behind the desk. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Ms Pat was so gracious in helping me keep my current reservation instead of having to cancel and rebook. Ms Pat is such a gem. Really appreciate her and her patience. You guys have a great one in Ms Pat, she’s incredible!!!!
Good service nice people right ontime
Excellent experience from beginning of trip to end. My ending was a rough one as my car did not start but a security assisted to jumping my car. Unfortunately it did not stay charged and I had to leave it until the Tow truck came to get it. They were wonderfuly and understanding as I had my 89 year old mom who i needed get home. They assisted and let the Tow truck come in to get the car. Would absolutely recommed PARK & FLY to my friends and colleagues. Even though my departing was not smooth they did everything they could to assist. THANK YOU to the employees that work there as well. Shows a great company...
