The ease of parking and not dealing with driving to the airport. They picked us up immediately from our spot. Best customer service I've ever had and they even have a car wash at the end of your stay for freed.

The shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful. Also, the ease of being picked up from the car and being dropped off by the car took away much of the stress of travel.

Parking place is close to airport. Shuttle bus is very convenient to give ride to or from airport without waiting. It is Very quick in and out by scanning barcode. I will definitely park here again next time.

I like the service and the ability to reserve a place. I DO Not like the online booking charge which I feel is a rip off. The rates are high enough that this additional cost is a reason I have decided on several trips to not park at your facility and use a ride share instead. The booking charge made your service more expensive that a ride share.

I love the convenience of prompt service, friendly staff, frequent shuttle rotation and the ability to valet so that my car is waiting on me when I arrive. This second time using park n fly plus and I'll definitely use them again as well as recommended them to others.

The shuttle system and process work well almost all of the time. We rarely wait very long for shuttles. That is key to most people I am sure.
