Easy location, nice safe lot and the van drivers were great. Loved the pickup and drop off at the car and only a couple minutes wait at the airport.

I'd never used this service before, being that this was my first time flying. I didn't realize that my GPS took me to the plus complex instead of the other one in GA. When I got there I was unsure how to check in so I just took the ticket that the machine gave me without asking where I was supposed to scan my code. There was a lady driving the shuttle and she helped me get parked and told me where to keep the ticket for when I would check out. She drove me to the airport and she was very sweet. I only discovered when I took the shuttle back to the regular complex that I had parked in the wrong one. I asked what to do and they told me to ride over there in a shuttle and talk to the workers there. They were very polite and helped me get back to my car. I was terrified that I'd have to pay lord only knows how much for the 6 days I was gone, but it was a minimal charge and they waived it for me. I will definitely use this company again!
