Easy drop off using the valet service. Very little wait for the shuttle both on departure and the return. My vehicle sat for 10-days, I believe they must have washed my windows because when I picked it up my windows were clean. I will use Park N Fly again.

It was great to be able to park and have someone take us to where we needed to go. It was great having someone take us back to the car after the trip. The people were curious and professional.
I scanned my reservation and not my parking ticket and froze the gate to leave. I was thankful for the attendant at the exit gate who reminded us what we needed to get out! She was very helpful, but it’d been better if the terminal told us instead of just freezing.

Super helpful! I totally misunderstood the fact that they are not located at the actual airport and could not find them so they took the time and effort to come meet me and let me follow them back to the place to park my car. I was stressed and didn’t want to be late and they completely eased my stress! Will definitely use next time I fly out of Dallas!

The app, when it’s working

We love Park 'n Fly -- the location is much more convenient and accessible than The Parking Spot for us approaching from Northeast Dallas, and the shuttle service is great. Our wait for the shuttle from the lot to DFW was about 10 minutes -- much longer than usual -- but everything else about PNF was on target, as usual.

Great, quick service. Bus was there ready to pick me up as soon as I opened the door; and was there waiting as soon as I walked out of the airport and left very quickly. In past, bus would wait …and wait….and wait….until completely full, which was not good. That was not the case this time which I so appreciated and gave the full 10 stars. Thank you!!!

It's conveniently located and there is usually a shuttle there when we need it. I just wish you gave more discounts to those like us who do business with you often.

Love how when we come home from a trip and are a little out of it we just make our way to the shuttle and they take care of the rest…took me 2 trips before I figured out how the driver knew where our car was parked!! Love this parking option at MSP !

We are so sorry you sold the services from Ft. Lauderdale. Years ago when we first started using your services, there would be many Park N Fly vans to every Park N Go. Now there are many Park N Go vans to every Park N Fly. We will miss your services in Ft. Lauderdale

Don't know if Park 'N Fly is associated w/ Park DIA, if so it looks like the amount of shuttles have increased & I haven't had to wait very long or turned down for a ride because shuttle was full. I was going to switch to Fine parking now that I'm traveling for work again, but will stick to Park DIA if the service is maintained. Thanks for your efforts on improving.
