I have used Park-N-Fly multiple times at Oakland Airport now. It is super quick and convenient. I have never waited more than a couple minutes for pick up upon departure or arrival and the drivers are super friendly!.

Service here has been very good; most drivers will pick up one or 2 groups and be on the way to airport.
There are unfortunately a few drivers that go round and round to pack the bus full (assume it's to maximize tips). It can be frustrating to ride around lot for 10 minutes, then have a bus full of luggage and people, especially when there are other buses available.
Wait times at airport are greatly improved, the past few trips there has been a bus waiting.
