Very convenient, fast service, and less expensive than parking at the airport. Our driver both to and from the airport was very courteous and generously help with our luggage.

If you have time going to the airport, it is a economical way to travel. The time waiting for buses at the terminal is annoying. The time waiting in the covered lot take time.

24 hour clean shuttle and parking lot is well lit. I feel safe parking my car there. Prices can be a little steep though.

That we are able to park our car with security and ease while we enjoy our trip. The only problem we had was upon returning to pick up our car, the man at the window kept insisting that we have some paper that he says was given to us at drop off. All we had gotten at drop off was a card with where our car was parked at. He kept insisting I kept telling him we didn't get one. I showed him my confirmation email but still was not right. He got very upset as I did since we hat been sitting in an airport all day and on a flight all night it was 6 am and we were not able to get out and take the two hour drive home. If I showed him it was paid the confirmation sheet and the card received we should not have had a problem.
