I had a great experience with Park ‘N Fly! Within a minute of parking the shuttle pulled right up to my car and the driver loaded my baggage. I had great service on the way home too- with no wait. Very friendly workers as well!

Easy in and out. Close to the airport. Reasonably priced

The app did not keep my appointment. it classified it is "in the past" so I couldn't access to get in and out. Fortunately, I had the email with the QR code and that worked well.

Everything is reliable. The entry, finding a spot, the van, the exit. It is great that you have more than one person to assist and make sure things go smoothly. Also, all of the employees I encounter are friendly and courteous.

Very efficient, convenient, and with friendly, considerate service. The shuttle driver patiently waited for my wife and me, as we arrived just as he was driving near where we parked and had to gather our belongings being sure we had everything and the car secure. On our return from the airport the driver took our suitcases to the car, which was unexpected. We gladly tipped both drivers. Thumbs up all around.

Booking my reservation was easy through the website. The location was great - safe and secure. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. Upon return, being able to call and request a shuttle was a very simple process that I appreciated.

No problem. Had a problem finding pickup point. No signs by baggage claim. Big transportation sign sign points you wrong.

The woman at the gate was very kind, as was the driver. Dropping my car off and getting to the airport could not have been easier. The only negative thing I can say is the parking spot numbers need to be repainted.
