The easiness of completing my reservation online. Very timely shuttle busses to and from airport. Staff super friendly and professional! The girl at the booth even gave us nice chilled water!! This is the second year in a row I used this place and both times we had a great experience.

Your shuttle picks up from your car immediately and the guy driving our shuttle was super nice and helpful. His name was Daryl (I'm not sure on spelling) but he was awesome. The only thing I would like to see is a way to tip them without cash. I was coming through and didn't have cash on me except for $2 (pathetic I know).
Also, is there a way to tip them after the fact? I felt horrible after he helped me and my 2 kids (even through our heavy bags in my trunk) and then I had such an embarrassing tip for him. Can you maybe add a tip option in your app?

Areas to improve - shorter times of bus driving around picking up people. Spent 20 minutes in parking lot recently before heading to airport.
Same with pick ups. Waiting almost 15 minutes in the Atlanta afternoon heat waiting on bus pick up.
