There was no problem parking, the shuttle was right there, no wait. Made it to the airport in plenty of time for my flight and upon my return there was no problem

Best parking at Chicago, MDW so far, the staff is very friendly, I parked my car at this facility, when I returned my battery was down and the staff helped me jump start my car. I would recommend this facility to anyone flying out of Chicago MDW.

The service was great from dropoff to pick up. Very patient staff. Took the time to answer all my questions making sure I was well informed how the entire procesd worked. Shuttle drivers were right there like clock work to pick me up to and from airport and both drivers had upbeat pleasant personality. If all people provided service like the people employed by Park, ' N Fly the world would be a far better place. Thanks Park 'N fly

Perfect spot to park for using airport. I did not get caught up in the airport traffic.
It was very easy to use the mobile app and get a QR Code to sign in.

My shuttle driver was Patrick and he was very professional and very kind as he took my bag onto the bus.

The best part was on the return shuttle, Patrick was the driver again !!!
He has the best customer service !

Flying again for business on Friday, and I've already reserved my Park N Fly spot.
