The bus was at the pick up spot when I returned!

We recently parked at Park n Fly in San Francisco. I had a reservation for self-park, but when we arrived that was full so the attendant immediately upgraded us to valet. We quickly boarded a shuttle and made it to the airport quickly, no hitches. When we arrived back to the airport at the end of our trip, there was a shuttle waiting at the pick up location and we were quickly returned to the lot, where our car was waiting for us. It couldn't have been easier! I would have given 10 stars but I'm deducting one star for overbooking the self-park lot. Luckily they were able to accommodate us in valet, but what if that was full too? Very great service otherwise, I will definitely use again. The online price was competitive with other parking lots, and based on past experience the shuttle service was much quicker.

It’s always great to be able to have the shuttle pick you up right by your car.

When I arrived to leave for my trip, a shuttle was waiting and left immediately for the terminal. I was a little late getting there, so that timing was important. When I returned from my flight, there was a shuttle already at the airport, and it returned me to my car in a very timely manner. Checkout and check in were very easy and quick.

The only issue I had is using the app for pick up. Our flight got in very late (around 12:30 AM) I asked for pick up through the app and got a confirmation text. We waited for about 20 mins and then I tried again. Same thing. I ended Up looking for the phone number on the card the driver gave me and saw a note that after a certain time you have to call for pick up. It’s possible it’s in the app and I missed it, but it might help to have that notice when you try to set up a ride for a late flight.

wonderful place and good service with a low price plus free shutter transit. Instead, I do the valet parking in downtown of San Francisco more than 25 years until now. Good price and right choice Park 'N Fly Oakland

Convenience, but it is somewhat disappointing due to the volume of travelers to not be able to access the San Francisco location without a week to 10 days worth of notice for the reservation. Happy to see that the pandemic is over and people are traveling, but it would be nice to reward your platinum members with guaranteed consideration over self park reservations On short notice.

Convenient, quick in and out, good pricing

IT WAS SO CONVENIENT TO USE. THE PARKING LOT PICK UP WAS NEAR OUR VEHICLE, WE LOADED UP AND WAS DROPPED RIGHT AT THE DOOR. UPON ARRIVAL, WE TEXT WHEN WE WERE PICKING UP OUR LUGGAGE, AND BY THE TIME WE WENT OUTSIDE, THE DRIVER WAS THERE. BOTH DRIVERS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND TOOK RIGHT TO THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE WAS SECURE THE ENTIRE WEEK.
