Last minute trip, I was able to get in quickly and get to the airport, and be able to go to my car when I return. Excellent service.

so conviently located to the airport. The employees are very friendly and helpful no matter what time of the day or night you are arriving or leaving. The prices are good. You get in and out within 5 to 10 minutes.

It’s inexpensive and convenient. The shuttle runs frequently. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

The price and ease to get to airport

This was my 3rd time using park n fly. I was disappointed that the park n fly allowed small cars to park at the fence in the back making it very difficult to find a suitable parking area for trucks. Also not complaining but the time to wait for pickup was very slow compared to your competitors.I will be in need of parking at the in of August.Honestly I'm considering looking at possible other options. Location,pricing,parking are priority to me. This last time I paid a increase of 20 dollars over my previous
Stay. For same time frame. Sorry but just the facts.

Friendly staff, easy pick-up/drop off at airport, and pricing is affordable.

They pick you up right at your car, hand you a slip with your parking space on it and drop you right at the airport door.

My sister and I were picked up within minutes of texting my claim number.
Jihn was extremely helpful with loading our bags onto the van and helping us with loading our bags into the trunk of my car. He also got us cold bottles of water which we really appreciated.

I am always impressed with the ease and service of the Park& Fly. This time however, I came back a day early and no one knew how to help me get reimbursed or a credit. Is there anything I can do for that?
