It was so easy and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Luke was friendly and helpful. What I did not like was that I was directed to the second level of the ramp even though there were tons of openings on the first level of the ramp and I am a platinum Parker. Also, since I’m a platinum Parker I thought we’re supposed to go to our airport terminal first. But, since the driver did not know that I was a platinum Parker they went to the main terminal and this time I was out of the terminal two. Disappointing. But, first world problem.

Customer service was great at site inside take and pick up only issue is when I called for pickup no one answered and ask to text my card number and did not hear back until the next day where to go , my husband then did it on his phone and it worked and they were right there

Really impressed with the speed of pickup from the airport at midnight last night.
The shuttles are too chilly - the a/c on both trips was on high blast, and the shuttle last night had a vent that was spitting cold water out on all the passengers at the back.

Your drivers and attendants - they are all so customer-friendly and helpful! I didn't catch the name of the woman that pulled our car around yesterday, but she was GREAT. She checked us out so I didn't have to do anything at the gate except scan my barcode.
