Every part of my very first Park 'n Fly experience at Midway Airport was excellent. Getting to the lot was easy. When I entered, the parking attendant guided me to a great spot and told me the shuttle would meet me at my car to pick me up. Before I got out of my vehicle, the shuttle driver was waiting for me! He was very courteous and professional. When I arrived back at Midway, I called and was quickly told where the shuttle would be. When I got to the door the shuttle was waiting at the door! Best parking experience I have ever had. It was so nice to meet nothing but courteous, kind staff. My compliments to you all. I will certainly be back!

I left my car running and was out of gas. You took me to gas station to get gas can and gas. AAA was going to be a 90 min minimum wait. Your service is awesome and will continue to use Park n Fly.
