Parking was easy and didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle to pick us up and get us to the airport.
They were also just as quick getting us from the airport.
Both drivers were extremely nice!
Great place to park.
Free car wash was a nice added benefit!

The van was ready to pick me up at my car immediately, driver helps with your bags and it was very fast to find the shuttle at the airport

Close to airport, convenient, excellent drivers.

Last several times I have used PNF, the wait at the airport to be picked up was excessive (20+ min).

Used the reservation system for the first time on this trip and the device on check out would not scan the QR code, had to use the attendant

I have tried both the self park and valet options and both are great services. The shuttle service has always been prompt, the drivers and other employees are pleasant if not downright delightful to work with, and the shuttles, lots, and waiting area are always clean. I will continue to book with Park 'n Fly Plus.

While not every visit over the past year has been “ideal or awesome” this last trip certainly was!

i have to say however, I usually arrive in the wee morning hours 2-3-4am, to catch the shuttle for an early flight. I just wish you guys were able to be a little more attentive to people who arrive that time of morning. It’s not unusual to have to wait as long as 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Really don’t like standing outside in the weather to flag down a bus!
