It’s so convenient to park here. The drivers are always right there before I even get out of my car usually. They’re always friendly. This last trip, our battery was dead when we got back and the attendant came right away and jump started our vehicle.

Quick, efficient, cost effective and friendly service

We arrived home on 12/16 with a dead battery. Your attendant was more than helpful in jumping our battery and getting us on our way. Besides that, your bus attendants are always courteous and helpful assisting us with our luggage.

We love the pick up and drop off right at our vehicle! Shuttle drivers are prompt and courteous.

I go online to make my reservation and my card is charged then. The last two times (Sept/December 2023) I used the facility, the self reservation is broken and a person has to come out to scan me through the valet line. Secondly, both times upon my departure, I had to stop by the office before heading to my car for them to confirm I paid. I received a zero balance receipt which was an extra 10 mins to process. My card was charged when I paid online, why do I need the extra stop. It’s very annoying and inconvenient against my time.

Convenient parking away from terminals so don’t have to deal with the congestion at the terminals and terminal parking. Is cheaper too than terminal parking. Usually little to no wait for the buses.

Very convenient and shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful. I always use Park ‘N Fly when we fly out of Terminal 1. If it were a couple of dollars cheaper a day, I would use them for flying out of Terminal 2 as well.

The Park 'N Fly drivers I encountered were some of the most helpful people I encountered throughout my entire travels. One of the drivers definitely went above and beyond helping my wife and I find a parking space in an already near full parking garage and then on arrival at the airport gave us explicit instructions on how to navigate the airport terminal to get to our specific airline check-in desk !
