With our flight delayed and the stress that I had. The Jamaican driver wasn’t pleasant, but the front desk Jamaican lady was very pleasant and the gentleman with the light eyes took very good care of us .. it made my day better

Everyone was so friendly. It was great that they gave us a card with our parking spot on it, I would have never remembered. And having so many shuttles running so we didn't need to wait was so appreciated. The bottle of water as we were checking out was the icing on the cake.
