Everything I read online was true. It gave asince of security that I want to for transportation to & from the airport. I got to airport on time and when I returned ,their van was there to pickup me and other customer. I would use this company again. Also I comfortable with the cost.

Best overall experience I have had in 3 years. I still had to wait almost 15 minutes to get picked up upon arrival, but otherwise the drivers were courteous drivers, helpful and timely. The best airport pickup I have had in more than 3 years. The car wash was actually even working this time.

I had stopped using Park-n Fly twice over the last two years due extremely long pickups/waits, rude drivers and staff and a car wash that was frequently out of service.

I like that the service is available all throughout the day. We checked in at 4:30 AM one day and came back at 11PM. The drivers pick us up where we park and drop us off there too. I'll never use another service as long as you all are available.

Ease, convenience, friendly staff, great shuttle pick up and delivery from and to my parking space, and I love the little card with my space written on it along with the pick up spot at the airport for my return. Well thought out! Our shuttle was packed full both ways. Perhaps run an extra shuttle during high traffic times of day?

All of the drivers are friendly and accommodating. Service to the airport is quick and stress free.

Valet parking service is great. Easy to alert PNF once we are ready to board the shuttle. And by the time we get to PNF, the car is ready to go!
