I love the team you have working there. They are wonderful. But your app is terrible. I always scan on the way in and 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work on the way out and I have to go through the cashier line. It either completely loses the reservation or the screen goes blank. It's very frustrating.

Quick and efficient. Intercepted by van driver, who pointed to an available spot, then waited to assist us unload the luggage. He then helped us quickly get bags on to the van and provided us a slip of paper with the vehicle slot number for our return! When we DID return, the van was at the receiving point and actually moved UP to meet several of us passengers walking toward him, rather than waiting for us "to come to him"!!!!
Wow. Yes - you bet we will return there again.

I liked the attendant greeting us when we pulled in, helpful for scanning our reservation. Quick pick up service TO the airport after parking. Very friendly drivers
