I particularly like that I have never had to wait for a shuttle once I park my car. This can be especially important if you have hit some traffic on your way and are running a little late!

No matter what time we arrive, the team members that work the booth or drive the shuttles are always cheerful and have a smile for me. The are always so helpful.

Easy in and easy out. Staff is very polite. Never have to wait for a shuttle departing from location or from airport. Car is always pulled up and engine on and trunk open.

When you enter park n fly the helpers in the booth are always very helpful and super nice with great attitudes. They are the reason I always come back. same for the drivers that pick us up, they're always greeting the customers and have great attitudes that steers your day to a more positive day. Give them a raise.
