Great price great service

I love the convenience and dependability of your services. However, please note that yesterday upon my return I was sent a text message that misdirected me to a different door and location. It came from you guys but, had wrong directions. My husband and I thought that the instruction was wrong but, because things do change sometimes we followed the direction given and wasted about an hour because we in fact had to go to the location we previously waited for the shuttle. This misdirection also played a part in us incurring additional fee for a day ($13) because it put us later than the return time on our reservation. So please be sure when sending pickup location information for Midway that it does not give misdirection. Otherwise thank you for your wonderful services.
