It's a pretty quick and convenient spot to park, and we never had to wait long on shuttles. Staff helped us with our bags, which was very nice.

Customer service. I used Park and Fly at IAH recently, and IAH was going through major construction and terminal E was closed. Our flight landed us on the terminal E and little I know that the terminal was closed for parking shuttles. I requested a pick-me-up feature and someone from Park and Fly called me and gave me directions to the other terminals for pickup and also rushed a shuttle. They also gave me a follow-up call to ensure I was picked up. Thanks for your service!

The service was efficient and dependable and the shuttle driver (Richard) made the whole experience even better by providing assistance with my bags and great conversation to and from the airport. Safety and security are the most important factors to me, along with efficiency in parking and getting back to my vehicle, and this service met or exceeded these criteria.

Easy prepay, Parked and shuttle arrived with in minutes, and e weren’t given a reminder card like others. But we’re in an easy spot to remember. And at the airport the we’re moving like clockwork and dropped right at our car. Decent price and easy check out.
