Park n Fly is fast and efficient. The staff go above and beyond to assist to meet your needs. They are waiting to receive your car in a welcoming manner. The shuttle is quick and easy to get to and from the airport. I love using park n fly. Thank you!

What do you like about our services?

I gave it a 9 since for those who consider time is critical, on site parking (more expensive) is always the way to go.
I think some drivers do pick up when they drop off customers. I think you should explore that process more to make it steamless.

What do you like about our services?

Our bus driver was very helpful and friendly. She said she loves her job! She was on duty early Sunday when we landed and drove us to our car. We discovered that one of our tires was very low. She helped us by directing us to a nearby speedway where we were able to fill our tire with air and be on our way. We were so thankful for her kindness since it was 2 o’clock in the morning and we were unfamiliar with the area.

It is a close to the airport and very quick. We were picked up immediately after we parked, and we arrived at the terminal shortly after. Pick up from the airport was prompt when we returned, and we were dropped off directly at our vehicle. As we left to drive home, we could not find our pre-paid code. Someone very friendly and helpful was able to verify our purchase in order to leave.

I was able to drop my car off and hop right on the shuttle. When I returned the shuttle dropped me back off and my car was ready. No wait - fast service - CONVENIENT !! Definitely will be doing this service again!!

Very professional, the driver picked all of us(12) up in less than 20 minutes after arriving and leaving the airport. The driver helped us with our luggage with a smile and talked to us as we rode. We all had a great experience
