I'll be honest. I loved your service about 3 years ago and before. Then you hit a ROUGH patch. Before the pandemic, your staff really stopped caring. Then the pandemic hit, and they got WORSE!....
It's been a challenging 3 years. I almost quit using your service because there was not "service".
However, my last two trips both went smooth on departure and arrival. Most friendly, and most helpful staff I've interacted with at your location in years. Do whatever you can to keep these people around! Smile! Help with bags! Be personable!

Everyhting was as expected. Prompt pick up to and from the airport. Due to delayed flight, a very small extra fee was added, but attendant overrode. Great to have a real person there to handle these issues. It would have been very annoying to find a way to pay $0.35.

The only suggestion would be to hand out free water bottle when client picks up their vehicle on a very hot day!
