Convenience to the airport and to the airport exit to I-70. The drivers are helpful with luggage. Buses vary in the time between them at the airport. Luckily on my recent return flight when there was a long line waiting late at night. The buses were close together to accommodate the crowd.

Everything about your service is so efficient- from the ease of online booking, to greeting upon arrival, to the shuttle service and to pick up. The wait has always been very brief.

The shuttle drivers are very nice. The arrival driver writes your parking spot on a card and hands it to you. The return driver collects the cards so you are taken right to your spot. Both drivers assist with getting your bags off and on the shuttle. The person at the gate was super friendly.

Staff are helpful. Never have to wait too long for service.

Special thanks to the staff in Miami , my flight was late arriving after the PNF van service stopped …. I was able to get a ride to the facility at 1am and pick up my car .. glad someone is still there after the midnight closing !

Exit scans were not working about 10pm on 7/31.

Hard to lean in to check NO after scanning. Can you either have it time out or release if we scan again?

Please advise Hung Ly that HELENA was EXTREMELY kind and gracious to us upon our
exiting the lot on Thursday afternoon.

She straightened out the military discount, and won our business, FOREVER.

I had mistakenly made a reservation and prepaid that reservation...when I SHOULD have
done nothing but enter the lot...presenting my military ID when checking out.

She said that while she could do nothing regarding the bill, she DID give us a free one-day
parking credit slip...which was above and beyond the call of duty.

She is a MAJOR ASSET to Hung Ly, AND to Park 'N Fly-Oakland.

It's Convenient, I appreciate the shuttle service, I feel safe leaving my vehicle in the lot and parking here is cheaper than taking a ride share service.

Overall it was great experience but I think you should make entry and exit with more ease and user friendly scanner. Why additional ticket to be printed for customers with an electronic barcode?
