Waited less than 3 minutes to be picked up from airport when we returned from our trip. Car was already brought to the front and was parked just a few steps from where the shuttle dropped us off. Great experience, highly recommend, very friendly staff!!!

Everything was easy.

We made reservations in advance for a very early flight departure. We did not have any delays with a bus picking us up. Unfortunately, we did not lock the car, and had to ask the driver to stop by our car to lock it. The driver gladly did so, and we got to the terminal with plenty of time.

Very quick in and out.

I entered the parking facility at 3 am and was greeted by staff happy and ready to help us. When we returned at 11:30 pm the shuttle picked us up quickly, dropped us at our car and even offered water on our way out. I was wary of parking at the Oakland airport but now feel comfortable leaving my car at this lot.

Everything was very organized and drivers were helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was trying to get out of the gate leaving. They stated the computers were down. They could not take anything off out QR code, we had to go back and find our confirmation email. It was a big holdup getting out of the gate. We were ready to go.....
