A more affordable option than airport parking at SFO. Clean vehicles, helpful drivers, frequent service. The only glitches involved some confusion with where to enter the lot, since there were cones or barriers blocking the lane labeled “Enter Here.” Also confusing how to exit by scanning QR code. Both times we had to go looking for a human being for assistance.

Ease of parking and being picked up

Easy to reserve a spot and get to the departure terminal. Not as easy to find a return shuttle if it is your first time. The app showed shuttles running, but they were not in the spot where they showed on the app.
The driver that took us to the terminal showed us where the pickup would be, but when we landed we were not in the same place. It took a while struggling with bags in 100 degree heat to find the right place.
Once we found it, a shuttle showed up in about 10 minutes. The driver was kind enough to squeeze us on (AC was running). It was about a 10 minute ride to where we parked. Driver helped us unload our bags.
This was the first time we used the service. It will be easier the next time, and we will use it again.
